Srinivas Bomanna leads Imports and Purchase, overseeing import ordering, freight logistics, carrier negotiations, and documentation compliance. He prioritizes customer satisfaction by aligning shipments with sales team needs.

Ranga Rao transitioned from a role in the MIS/IT Department at The Hindu newspaper to Customer Support and Logistics at PSC Hands Safety LLP. He manages post-order processes, dispatches, documentation, tracking, and invoicing for shipments, ensuring accuracy with a dedicated logistics team.
